How can I change my previous review of my guest?

My guest did not want me to mention his girlfriend staying here so I need to know how to change my review of him?

You will need to contact Airbnb customer service for help with that.  Neither hosts nor guests can change their review after the reviews are published.  Before reviews are published, hosts and guests have 48 hrs to edit their review after they write it, unless the review is published sooner than that.
