How do I actually contact airbnb, I keep going around in circles I have had to cancel booking due to a large water leak in our bathroom. I dont want this to go againast me so I want to email them with the information, report from surveyor and pictures.

I have been having a problem with people showing up for a two day stay with several loads of laundry they want to do here. I have allowed them to do so and ask they not make mention on their reviews. My guidelines specifically state the washer and dryer is for guest who are staying 5+ days only, but as we know, guest don't often read guidelines and house rules before booking. I keep my prices very reasonable but the electricity and water is eating dearly at my profit.
Woud it be in bad taste to mention this again on the flyer I leave in the room.
Any and all suggestions woud be appreciated.
@Lucy31 I find Twitter @airbnbhelp to be the best and fastest way to communicate. Also, you can use a DM, private message, with no character limitations so you can explain your situations. Here's how:

If you send them a simple tweet it will be public so never include your email address or phone number there. Use a private message instead.
Call the customer service number. They will cancel it and find another place for your guest. This way you will not be charged a cancellation due to circumstances beyond your control.
