How can I get money from guests who damaged my listing?
I was wondering, if guests damage my listing do I need to do some paper work? Do they have to sign anything that they are to blame. Or is it enough to just take photos and send documentation to airbnb of the damage costs?
If you notice it before they go or they have pointed it out to you, detail that conversation via the Airbnb message center to have it documented on the Airbnb platform
Hi, @Alice-and-Jeff0, yes, i saw this, but there is no info on the paper work. Guests can claim that they did not break it and that they found it this way. What to do then?
