How can I see all the star ratings a guest left?

One of my guests has left a one star rating in one category (location) where I usually get 5 stars. I would like to know which guest left the 1 star rating. Generally I would like to know which guests left how many stars in which categories. But I was unable to find these details. All I found was the text reviews from individual guests, and the summary stats of all ratings received so far (by category). Anyone knows how to get the individual ratings by guest? Thanks!

You can know this only if you do a follow up immidiately after each guest's rating. If you miss one or two, there's no way of telling.
