How can a guest change their review?

Hi All,

Just got a message from a guest checking out this morning.  She said she was in the beginning of writing a review for us and somehow system submitted before she was finished.  She's asking is there a way to edit it because she was not done with it. 

Searched in CC and looks like there's a lot on how hosts can edit/respond to posts but not guests.

If both reviews are already posted "live" you cannot change it.  If only she has posted the review and you have not, she can follow these instructions:  https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/367/can-i-edit-a-review-i-wrote

@Cynthia-and-Chris1Yes, only she has written the review at this point so that's good news that she'll be able to go back in and edit. Thank you so much for your help and quick response!!!
