I recently had a renter who's review option popped up two days ago. I've been super busy, and haven't had the time to post the review until now. I tried to find the review option though, and now it is gone. Are the reviews only able to be done within a certain amount of time from when they pop up? Please advise.
You've got 14 days to leave your review. Check your dashboard again. If nothing's there. contact their Twitter account, @AirbnbHelp via a Direct Message in Twitter. To do that, "follow" @AirbnbHelp in Twitter and then initiate what's called a Direct Message (or DM), not just a regular tweet.
