How do I stop accepting reservations if I do not have internet connection while traveling?

How do I stop accepting reservations  for a short period of time if I do not have internet connection while traveling? I do not want to get "dinged" for not responding to reservations while I am out of internet range. What do I do?

@Elisabeth1, you can 'snooze' your listing, or simply block those periods on your calendar when you'll be away.

It is not blocking the dates I am concerned about, I have done that; but rather the requests for a month or more down the calendar when we return. Could someone please clarify how to "snooze" accepting inquires?
