I recently received a request and I asked the guest to check the pics of the apartment twice telling her I was afraid she would not feel comfortable as it is a little apartment and seems to be ok for friends or families without partner whilst full families are uncomfortable due to lack of privacy, she looked it up again and the next day she said they decided to book my little apartment
She arrived earlier than check-in time, left two hours later in the check out without asking or letting me know until I asked, thankfully I had no incoming guest that day.
I am very relaxed about check in and check out, in fact, half of the time I offer one or two days for free when I have no reservations coming, yet I expected at least a message that day informing me she would like to check out later.
She left 4 stars in all aspects which is a joke, location is perfect it is central and 300 meters from the beach, the apartment was spotless she received the keys as soon she arrived etc, I regret writing it was a pleasure to receive them because she did not smile ever, did not respect the check in and check out and left 20 items to wash in the public review she wrote " The apartment was little but we felt comfortable, Marian's attention was very good"
This is the first time that a guest reviews my little apartment with 4 stars, it is fine if she did it about value or communication but the other areas felt like she was doing it out of bad vibes.
I help my mom to rent her little apartment and a guest who booked for a weekend also left 4 stars in all aspect but check in and communication after asking to receive her 6 a.m, check out at 6 p.m, asked directions every day etc. And believe me, I make sure the apartment is spotless whenever someone marks that area down I feel is plainly lying.
I get the feeling the reviews star are a bit about chemistry host-guest as to be honest my apartment is not the great thing but my guest are generous with the stars
What type of neutral review do you leave when you do not like the guest. I must say felt great vibes with the rest of the guest (15 in total).
