How much should a Co-host get paid to create a listing ?

Hello Airbnb community, 
I would like your advise on the following. I am currently a co-host and I received an inquiry from a property owner on creating a listing through Airbnb for one of his properties in Miami. For now his only request is about creating the listing. It will be my first time doing that, so I was wondering if you have any idea on how much should I charge for this service.

@Konstantinos21 I would advice you to think on the long term dont charge the owner for creating the listing but charge him on each booking that he receives. Make him an offer that he cannot refuse!!!
