How to Remove a Poor review? 3Star

My house is newly furnished in a condominium.

I have apply for Internet from the telco company, however there is no port available, I had to be in the waiting list.

My listing clearly informed NO WIFI, 

However, this guest make booking, complain I should provide Wifi, 

He left a poor 3 Star review.

Can Airbnb remove a poor review???

No Airbnb will not remove a poor review Edwin. I am sorry you are in this situation but guests will give you a poor review for things you can do nothing about! They will give you a poor review because your listing is not where they ideally wanted it! They will give you a poor review because they did not read the listing description properly and thought they were going to get another couple of bedrooms.

Edwin, you have to try and protect yourself as much as possible from these sort of eventualities!

Everyone these days expects WiFi.....10 years ago nobody knew what it was....now it is expected!

If you do not have WiFi get onto one of your cellular providers and keep a dongle on hand with 10Gb of data on it. It will cost you around $20, but it is a cheap investment because you will get that good review and that my friend is where your bookings come from.

We have a supplier here in Australia called 'Amasym' who will supply a service with 35Gb of data and unlimited calls for $15 per month and I am sure something similar would exist in Malaysia!
