How to link review with listing

I have four listings.  When I read a review and they have some suggestions for improvements, I cannot find a quick way to link the review to the listing.  The suggestions are worthless unless I know what listing they are talking about.  I try to search through the Inbox for the name but when people have the same first name it doesn't work and it's very time consuming.  Any ideas?

@Volney0 The review comes from an identifiable, named individual. Even if you can't recall which listing that person stayed at, your calendars should make that easy to determine. How hard is it to flip through 4 calendars?
