How to send Guest House Instructions, Lock Box Code, etc

I'm super frustrated with airbnb.  I have a 10 page "Insider's Guide" pdf for my houses that lists all the house instructions (like how to get in, when trash day is, how to use cable, etc.), favorite local restaurants, which ski resorts to go to when it's windy, etc.)   I send it to guests of the other big vacation rental site, but don't see how to do it for Airbnb.  Seems they remove links and attachments to any emails I send my guests.  Any work around?

Also, I can't seem to find out where to put house instructions anywhere on Airbnb. Is there an area where they can automatically get instructions, etc after they pay but before they check in?

You'll definitely want to put this in the House Manual, which they get after they confirm a reservation. You can't send attachments, so you'll just have to paste it into your house manual.

Hi Danny. I have the same issue.  I assumed I could send an attachment to my guests, and said so in my advert.  Did you find a solution or do you have to cut and paste the instructions into the house manual?
