How to send again a request which was declined because I didn't answer on time?

Hello,

One of my possible guests send me a direct request and I replied with some questions, in order to be able to accept it. She didn't come back to me on time and I had to decline the request in order not to be penalized. Now she has answered and everything is aligned, but we don't know what she has to do so that she can send me again the request. Now she is a bit nervous since she is new and she thought the reservation was done.

She can simply send a second request for you to accept.

@Jesus4 the exact same scenario just happened to me.  Once we got the communication issue resolved, the guest just submitted a new reservation request which I accepted.
