I allow smoking outside, but not inside

I allow smoking outside on my balcony. I have an ashtray out there and have strick instructions that butts are not to be thrown off the balcony (on the 17th floor) in my house rules. My question is whether or not I should list my property as allowing smoking under the amenities / special features. If I add that special feature, I'll attract the smokers, but at the same time I may discourage non-smokers who want a clean and smoke free rental.

@Matt26, in your shoes, I would leave the box in the Amenities list unticked. 

I think it's enough to mention in your listing that smoking is allowed on the balcony.

I guess I'm just worried that I'll loose out on bookings when ABNB launches personalized match. ABNB is supposed to provide more details next Thursday, so I guess I'll just wait and see what comes out.

I've asked Airbnb to give us a third option, "outside only" instead of just an "allowed" or "not allowed".

It shouldn't be that difficult to do and I'm thinking that would be a great solution and an easy fix!

I ticked  "allowed" on mine but on house rules I added  "on the balcony only ". Got smokers and no problems so far.
