Co-Host Payments

Co-Host Payments

Since they are cancelling co-hosting payments, I was thinking about having all of the money go into my account (I am the co-host) then paying the owners at the end of each month. Is this possible? Any one else do this?

Hi,

that sounds like an awesome idea. Please tell me how you went about becoming a co-host. The reason why I ask is that I have a cleaning company here in the Downtown Atlanta area and I would like to serve the Airbnb community here. We offer supreme clean beyond your leer. Yes, it is technically possible. The owner would have to change their payout method to be your bank account. Check with your accountant about the tax implications... Airbnb will (I assume) treat this as income to the owner, which means the owner will have to send you a 1099 for the amount they forwarded to your account, and you will have to send them another 1099 for the amount you sent back to them? Just guessing on that.
