I need help confirming a reservation

Hi, My name is Ellen Quinn, I have just joined airbnb and this morning I received a text asking to reserve my place for Memorial Day Weekend.  I got this request through a text and when I tried to confirm and welcome them; I got a error message back saying

"Unfortunately, we could not process your response because your number is registered to many accounts.  I only have one listing so I'm not sure how to get back to this person or how can I confirm her reservation?  Can anyone out there help me through this process I would really appreciate any help you can offer.

This is a forum for hosts and isn't monitored by Airbnb.

You really shouldn't include details like your number on a public forum.

If you want to respond to a booking request you need to go into your listing, and then go into the message the guest sent you to make the booking.
