I live in the same building as my apartments, so I would notice if too many showed up, and I would turn them away. So this would never happen here.
You should contact Airbnb to have this guests blocked from the site and you should make a claim for payment of extra cleaning and whatever was damaged. I am assuming a party with 40-50 people has left it's mark.
And I would contact the guest and rip them a new one, how dare they host a party in your house!

I agree with @Kris12 that you should flag the guest and report the situation to AirBnB.
And definitely give the guest a negative review.
