ID Verification glitch ? Not allowed to upload ID because online profile link already in play

Hi, I have a prospective guest saying that Airbnb is prohibiting her from uploading an ID because she has already used an online link to her profile as one form of verification. Never heard that before so wondering if it is a glitch.  No joy from Airbnb support yet.  Thanks for any help.

I have had this problem twice now but can't find an answer. Luckily I am on another platform and have directed the clients to this site.
