If a guest inquiries about an inquiry which I do not want to do.
If a guest is asking for a discount which I do not want to do, do I need to decline the reservation since it is only an inquiry? Will it count against me?
@Stacy111 . For an inquiry, you only need to respond within 24 hours. There is no reason to accept of decline even though the interface makes it appear that you must. Ignore the interface!
