Incorrect COVID cancellation policy amount

hi hosts! I just got my COVID cancellation compensation however it was only half of what was to be paid out. 

I had 8 cancellations under covid cancellation request, I have the emails to prove it, however I only got paid out 4 of them! 

Is anyone else having similar issues?

Airbnb have said they will not be paying out the 25% for all cancellations as a lump sum, but in monthly instalments and that the payment for cancellations prior to 8th April should be paid by 1st May. You may have to wait a month or more for the remaining payments.
