I am receiving inquiries through my email account but when I go to the Airbnb app there is nothing in my inbox so I can't respond to the potential guest.
@Susan1218 I've had the exact opposite happen to me. Clear your cache and cookies. If that does not work call AirBnB immediately before you get dinged for not responding.
Thank you. Turns out I have been receiving phishing emails, not inquiries. I could not find the AirBnB numbers anywhere so thank you for providing them, when I called they were very helpful.
