Instant Booking host did not sign up for

Hello,

 

For some reason Airbnb accepted an instant booking on my hosting account today. This is a  feature that I have consciously choosen NOT to use. About 30 minutes ago I received notification that I have somehow "accepted" a booking that I have not had a chance to view and/or approve. I am not ready to host a guest for one week but I don't want to cancel because it might affect my ratings, etc. However, the guest is suppose to arrive tomorrow and there isn't anyone at Airbnb that I can contact to manage and/or cancel the booking. This is really a frustrating situation for me and my family. Any thoughts on what I can do or how I can contact a human at Airbnb? I've been hosting for 3 years and have never had any problems with the site or guests.
