Instant booking - gone

We have two listings on airbnb, and we have put instant booking on both of the listings, but since yesterday, they're both gone. We have the request a book option on our listings, but no instant book, even though we've set them in the settings. We didn't change anything regarded to bookings. Last night we saw that nobody from our town had instant booking, but it was back a few hours later, and still not for out listings. Were there any works on site, so we lost instant bokings, or maybe there were some changes in regulations which we had to accept? Any help?

Give BnB a call. contact details posted here numerous times. If you use the search function they will come up.

Frankly I think Instant Booking is a bad idea because it doesn't allow you to screen the guest, check their reviews and communicate with them before accepting the reservation. It forces you to accept guests you may later regret having on your property. I don't use it. Communicate with each guest first before accepting.
