Hello, I'm a relatively new host. I do allow for "instant booking" with verification, but I'm getting some bookings lately that provide me with little information about the tenant. They've given the required information to airbnb, but as they have no booking history I'm fearful that I could have a problem in the future. Is there a way to set up my account to require that anyone who Instant Books my property has been a previous tenant through airbnb and has received positive reviews? I have severa upcoming bookings that are almost cryptic in the amount of info the tenant provides. As a frequent airbnb tenant, I always reach out to let the host know my reasons for coming to their area, and a little bit of information about me. As a new host (6 months or so) am I wrong to expect the same from my tenants? Thank you for whatever info you can provide. I did a bit of a search but didn't find a clear answer to my situation.
