Hi Im in the Motueka Area and had to change from Vero to NZ Insurance. The rate was very little difrence, I did mine through an Insurance Broker

I am just getting quotes after finding that my current policy with AMI may not be valid when letting short term. They classified it as commercial which doubled the cost, but have a quote from AA that is not much more as they have a "Holiday Home " classification that allows short term renting.
