I keep having potential guests contact me thinking that they are renting my whole apartment. I can usually figure it out from conversation with them before they book and so they ussually they change their mind. I have one late tonight however who I did not engage in much conversation with and now at this late stage it appears that he was also under the impression that he would have our whole apartment. He has also hired a car and I don't have parking! Can you please look at my listing and see if I am misleading in any way? Cheers Rachael
@Rachael0 To me it is clear that it is a private room that you are listing. However, I would mention in the description that it is a SHARED kitchen. You could also mention under Guest Access that there is no parking available.
I could see where some people would be confused. It shows 1 bedroom but two beds and then in you description it states, "Your bedroom has a comfortable King size bed or two King single beds (your choice) to suit couples or friends." I am not familiar with "two King single beds" but by looking at you listing, I would not think I am getting the entire place.
