Issues with guest cancellatiuon

Just wondering who else has issues getting any response from AirBNB. I've had a painful guest, tried to book in a day early, threatened bad review, then turned up way outside agreed key collection time and cancelled booking and received full refund. Getting no joy from AirBNB, they seem to side with the guest and not the **bleep** around they've given the host.

@Scott182  Your posting does not provide any information about what Air BNB advised you about not enforcing your cancellation policy.  Do you know?  Since you were having problems with the guest even before the guest cancelled  were you willing to host him? You may have dodged a bullet there!  Since the guest did not stay at your place, neither of you will be able to write a review, but if you think the guest is problematic for others, would you think about flagging his profile.
