Language setting

I have seen that other host on the begining of their page shows a button to be able to translate from one language to another. I cant seem to be able to find that. I do know that all the way in the bottom you can change to any language but I dont want that. I would like to be able to have that seperate button that says translate on the top of the page.

As a host, you may add versions in different languages, translated by yourself. If there are different versions, they are shown according to the browser setting of the guest. If a futur guest, say a Chinese, sees your page and you have no Chinese version, he gets the English version and may get the proposal to translate. That depends on his browser and his usual way to use automatic translation or never use it. 

On a computer, the language setting is at the bottom of a page, where the currency setting is as well.
