Good morning all,

I am looking to possibly sell my two Airbnb's here in Lawton.  Very successful one on East side and one on West side.  

Secondly, who is everyone using for Homeowners.  My rates are very high and could only find a couple of places that even offered it.  I am currently Proper Insurance.

I will need to sell within the next year or two as I will be moving further away and not as convenient to pop up here from Texas.

Well, what you are selling are houses, not an Airbnb business, because listings cannot be transferred to a new owner. If the new owner wants to run it as an Airbnb, they have to start from scratch, making their own listing-all the ratings and reviews stay with the original host.
