Hi everyone!
This is my first time posting a topic and I've only been a Host since late June 2017... I've just received 2 concurrent inquiries despite having checked "not suitable for infants" and "not suitable for children". The first one was from a mom of a 2 month old with her fiance, which I declined and was empathic of her circumstance. Now a dad and a 2 yr old requesting month to month (every 2 weeks) for approximately 3 months for work.
Since, I've never declined anyone before and I don't have many reviews (5), I'm concerned if two declined inquiries will hurt my standing with Airbnb.
Any feedback or suggestions?
It shouldn't do. If your listing states you don't accept children just decline the booking giving the reason that your guest doesn't meet your house rules.
I'm on the same boat, now what's the age that you can still consider as children? 13-14?
