Listing Delisted even after negative review removed?

Listing Delisted even after negative review removed?

Has this happened to anyone?

I had a guest that checked out and wrote a negative review which was totally uncalled for. I contacted Support and they sided with me, he loved his stay and yet wrote me a very negative review that had nothing to do with his stay(he might have meant to leave it for another host, I don't know).

I got delisted because of the bad review for a week, and yet even after the review got removed they cannot relist my listing because the system will not let them.

Have you ever had anything like that? I am torn because that makes no sense, i.e. being penalized for something that I should not have been penalized to begin with, and yet they can't make it right. I submitted a bug but doubt anything will be done about this.

You see Im a software enginner and I know first hand, that people whome we talk to in customer service are not programers they can't so more than they are allowed to. But if they really wanted to help they could reach out to a programmer who could enlist your listing back.

I'd say you have to insist. Ask to speak to a superviser and with the superviser's superviser. Someone up the food chain has access and is able to do this for you.

I write code all day long for mobile devices so I do not that a feature request like that would most likely take a day as well. I am just very bummed out that they have not thought of that. This is both missing out on real money since my room is booked 100% solid since I opened it 2 years ago.

What a bummer. I also spoke to a sup and they only shared my findings with their product person. Doubt this will get picked in their current sprint. 😞 A real shame for organization that big
