Listing doesn't appear in search

Hi,

I have strange situation. Suddenly the inquiries and bookings stopped to come. I started to investigate and found out that my listing doesn't appear in the search results for one or two night stays starting from 30 May irrespective of number of guests. As such, any guest who is searching a listing in Amsterdam onward 30 May for one or two nights for 1 to 6 people can't view my listing at all. But at once you can see it if the number of nights is 3 and more.

I can't understand what is wrong. I asked my friends to check too. They don't see either. Even with higher scale of the map concentrated on the area.

What can it be?

I searched for your place (for 1 and 2 persons) using various filters (price range, neighborhood, etc) and your place came up.

If your inquiries and bookings have slowed or stopped, it's probably just due to things such as the large number of competive listings in your city (lots of people don't use filters, or use too few), or just a temporary slowdown in general. Our own listing is extremely popular and stays 90-100% booked usually 1-2 months in advance. But right now we haven't had a single inquiry for 2 weeks. Nothing unusual; next week we might suddenly get 3 inquiries per day and I'll be annoyed by my phone beeping all the time.  🙂

One thing I suggest is that you lower your base rate. When I click around on your calendar I see that you've set lower rates (some of them a *lot* lower) for most days going out 2 months. A lower base rate, reflecting what you're really charging most of the time, would help your listing show up in searches when people filter for a lower price range. For example, your place currently won't come up at all if someone searches in a range under $200.
