push notifications

Hi,

I am managing a flat for a friend that lives in Mexico and i need to receive the push notifications from guests so i can respond quickly instead of having to log onto to the site to converse with guests a the time. My friend has her flat under her profile as she runs another place in Mexico. I also am a host and have the airbnb mobile app for the flat i manage in Prague.

Now is it possible to set up notifications with the current app i have for my current profile? Or does my friend need to add my phone number to her account and or email address?

Thanks to advise or suggest the best way for me to recieve notifications.
