Location Hunters requests

Hi,

So I have this special place  which is nice 😉 but....I get numerous location hunters request, for photoshoots, film shoots, product launches etc.. Some nice ones some less nice.. 

The request is for a whole month which they dont need but just fill in to get your attention or just trying to get my direct details to discuss outside Airbnb.. Since this is out of the normal scope of Airbnb I decline some of  them.. but does this impact my score as a host?

My question is how do I remain a good host score but still decline all kind of strange requests???

Hi Ernst, 

I don't have an answer for you regarding declining strange requests - though it may be worth reaching out to Airbnb customer service to see if they can help.

I do have a question for you about accepting requests for photoshoots though. What do you typically charge? Your nightly rate or something else? Do you have a contract for this kind of use of your place?

I just got a photoshoot request, and I am trying to decide how to proceed.
