Long Term Price question

I set Long-Term Price ($1301/month), but someone make a reservation and I got the email says "You are going to earn $1185".

Is anyone know why it is much less than the price that I expected?

Hello Jisoo -
If you have weekly or monthly discount rate it will affect the payout. Plus the Airbnb host fee is 3 percent. So look thru your listing rates to see what cause it to be so different.
