My Listing Isn't Showing! Despite saying its listed.

My listing is showing that one it is listed and that it's complete.

However, it doesn't come up in the search results when I looked? 

Any help?

Its showing but you have to drill down to find it, you have a lot of competition.

Also when searching, the price includes cleaning fee, If i search for 2 nights your place is £75night
