My Overall Rating shows -*

Does anyone know why  I keep getting a "Needs Improvement" link on my site which then tells me I have negative one star in "overall rating"? 

My guests have been very happy, and my page shows a 5 star rating from all of my guests...

What is going on?

Just saw this same thing on my listing.  Says I need to improve my overall rating.  Well, I don't see my overall rating,  just the 5 star ratings on all the other selections.  Hope this is resolved soon.

I'm seeing the same thing. I'm one review away from Superhost. I hope that computer glitch does not affect that.

I'm having this issue too. Also my trips reviewed went from 80% to 12%, that can't be right...

yes, my overall raitings fell from 4.8 to 4.5 overnight and I didn't get any new reviews, also my trips review fell from 77% to 20 %

I'm new to this and yes I've earned a negative star rating yet all else if 5 star.  when will the tech team sort it out?
