My guest made a double booking with IB for tomorrow night after I recommended my other listing after notifying him something was wrong with the current room. I cannot cancel the first reservation online and I cannot get through to AirBnb customer service. Is there something I can do here? My guest will be charged if he cancels and the number shown here after I click cancel reservation doesn't work in the UK:
