Airbnb won’t let me publish another listing

I have two successful listings and I want to add another one. I went to do it and it says error so I called Airbnb customer service and hey  said I have to talk to there safety department. I lost a house in Gatlinburg to a fire in 2016. Which was considered a national disaster area by president Obama. The town is cleaned up and very very nice. It’s in the great smoky mountains. But Airbnb has this flag on it for that reason. There safety department team  cannot be contacted by anyone. They  message you threw the app when they want. It’s been two weeks and no response from them. Anyone have any recommendations?  It’s been very frustrating.

I have it up on vrbo but I like Airbnb’s fees and layout better. I’ve contacted support 8 times and no help. :(. It. Igor be time to go solo to vrbo for all listings if this is the support unfortunately. I’ve really had a great experience for almost 4 years with Airbnb up til now.
