Hi, we have had steady bookings since starting last June but over March have had no enquiries/bookings. A return guest recently contacted us when trying to re-book to advise she has been unable to find our listing and when she last stayed with us in Feb, she had to book through her previous booking. I have checked and when I search our area, the listing does not appear when it was previously the first one to appear. Can anyone suggest how I can fix this or how I can contact Airbnb to have them rectify? Thank you
