NEED TO CHANGE A PRE APPROVED BOOKING TO ACCEPTED

Hi there, I have a pre approved booking for about five days away and I cannot change it to accepted.  As the host I am wondering if it isnt changed if they pay or not, please can you advise.  Many thanks

Hi Jean. As I understand it it is only the guest who can change the pre-approval to accepted by deciding to go ahead with the booking. The pre-approval only lasts for 24 hours. In my hosting experience (prior to using Instant Book) about 50% of enquiries which I pre-approved actually accepted and the remaining 50% didn't. I think people perhaps send enquiries to a number of prospective hosts and then decide where to book once they have heard back. I hope that helps. Victoria
