Need a co-host in Brisbane?

Hi,

I am looking to co-host more properties in Brisbane.

Have a look at my profile & you will see that I have SuperHost status (7x or 2.3 years running), 5* star ratings + over 600+ reveiws across all properties.

4 of my properties are going onto Airbnb Plus.

Also proud to say that I achieved SuperHost for all my hosts as well.

If your after professional, perfection for your property....let me know!

Kind regards,

Craig

Hi Craig,

I need an agent to run the show, or as I knew they call them a co host

If you can help  then lets talk.

I got an investment property was meant to be knocked off for development project but I changed plans.

The house is old and needs some cosmetic work, which is livable. No furniture or any internet connections.

How could we communicate if you are interested.

Regards

Ahmed

PS: The house location is in Brisbane, Carina area, just 10-12 kms from CBD

Hi Ahmed,

Thanks for your message & certainly happy to discuss co-host / complete management of your property at Carina.

Our base is in New Farm, so it's not far for us.

Best to have a look on the internet at SleepOver Brisbane & you can message me via Get Started.

Then we can discuss all the requirements to get your property making you some money!

Cheers,

Craig

Hi Craig

I have a 1 bedroon apartment in Nundah and would like to put it on Airbnb. I'm needing a Co-host, however what is concerning me do I need have a permit in place to have my apartment as  short term accommodation?

I have been reading some horror stories aboun the council shutting them down because of this.

I would be interested in your services and feedback at how to go about this.

Regards Sharyn

Hi @Sharyn-and-Colin0 ,

Certainly happy to help with being your co-host & managing your property for you.

Brisbane City Council has some regulations around short-term letting, but as I am aware (+did a little further reading of the legislation this morning), it is not required to have a application for short-term letting.

Additionally, I have been following legal instances (Hynes Legal Brisbane) whereby Body Corporates have tried to introduce by-laws to restrict short-term letting & in each case, these have been overturned.

Section 180(4) prevents a by-law from preventing or restricting a dealing with a lot. The grant of a lease (be it for one day or 12 months) is a dealing. The BCCM Act prevents a body corporate from interfering with that dealing – in which setting a minimum length of tenancy in place would be.

Unless Brisbane City Council brings in regulations (like Sydney) whereby Body Corporate's can introduce these by-laws &/or restrictions or application requirements, it is legal to operate short-term letting.

Happy to discuss further over the phone.

If you search SleepOver Brisbane, on my website you will find my phone number on the bottom footer.

Warm regards,

Craig

It is rather frustrating when commercial businesses like yours use this community forum as a free opportunity to advertise your services. Particularly when it is clearly stated in the T&C for the forum that commercial businesses should not advertise.

Increasingly this forum is littered with posts from management companies, cleaning companies, etc

Ironically you never  see companies like yours using your experience to offer advice and input for free to newer hosts, just when you are looking for business.
