Not possible to deactivate listing

Hi ! 

i already contacted the support who were super unfriendly and did not respond to my enquiry. That really surprised me.

The thing is that i want to deactivate an old listing. Yes - i followed all the instructions "Manage listing and calender">"Basics"> on the bottom red highlighted deactivation listing.

But this red highlighted link does not do anything ! 

I told this the support and the support answered me with the instructions as i wrote above how to deactivate a listing.

The support , named William, did not read my issue obviously. And then he did not answered at all.

What is wrong here with this system?

Maybe anyone else can help when the company does not. Thanks for any help.

I cannot even find "deactivate listing" link.  I only find "snooze" and "unlisted".  I would like to DELETE the listing (but not my account)
