Now views and my stats are gone

Hello all!

So, I have noticed that I've had no bookings or inquiries for the last few days. I went in to look and almost fell off my chair… I have 0 reviews, 0 stars and 0 views in the last 5 days… Is Airbnb working on things YET again? Also, the wonderful possibility to see how many stars each guest left is now gone and the usual stats are back (well, yes, these are super useful too but I miss knowing who rated me how…). Anyone with the same issue?

Airbnb's app can be glitchy so is their website. For a multi billion dollar company they sure can't get their act together. Sad!!!

No Ann, it is a known glitch in the system just at the moment and it is affecting users worldwide. It is related to the current assessment for Superhost status that is taking place and it becomes prevelant each quarter when assessments are done.

The Tech team are currently working on it and your stats will be back to normal soon.

For any reviews you may have written in the last few days you may notice there is about a 30 minute lag time before the system accepts a review! You can write a review and it will show in your 'Reviews by you' as written but, in your messages it will prompt you to write a review!

Be patient Ann, nothing is lost everything is backed up and reviews and stats will go back to displaying normally shortly.
