Option to accept a reservation not showing up

As a host, I'm trying to approve a reservation request but the site isn't giving me that option. Anyone have any ideas on how to resolve this problem?

You need to supply more specific information if you want people to chime in. Was this a full-on request to book, a mere pre-approval request, or something else?
