I need to bring to notice that my past guest saurab has been lying to me about hot water, also one of my amenity stopped working because of him. Also I saw change in his behaviour. I not sure if what will be done about it but it is my duty to inform you about this. He took lot discounts from me and asked not take rent.
As @Helen3 says, if you have an issue with a guest it's best to reach out to the customer support team, and remember to review your guest accurately to help other hosts make an informed decision when reviewing a potential booking from them.
