Payment Pending - FOREVER!

Had a long term guest leave on the 5th of August and their payment still shows as PENDING.  When will this be released? 

There really should be a way for hosts to contact Airbnb about these important issues - a direct help desk, something?

Please reply Airbnb.... or anyone who may know the answer???  Helllllloooooo.....

I'm having same issue 10 days late payout from Airbnb! WTF! 5 calls to CSR and no movement on the problem and never got a callback either...

Save your breath trying to call.  These airbnb people are incompetent. I wonder if putting a few reserved guests on the street would initiate some action?
