Payout Protocols

We have our first multi-night guests (they're staying three nights). The afternoon after their first night, Airbnb sent me the email saying "We've issued you a payout of $276 via Bank Transfer."

I thought the transfer process was to begin after the guest checked out. Is it normal to pay out on an extended stay after the first night? Or was this an error of some sort? (Not that I'm comlaining, mind you -- much rather have the money sooner than later.)

Payouts are paid 24 hours after the guest checks in.

Well it seems to be working just fine, then! (I thought that might have been the case -- considering all previous guests were one-nighters), but didn't remember seeing it specified anywhere.
