Payout not made by airbnb

Has anyone else not been paid by airbnb.  Guests have been in the house for 4 days and I have received no payment from airbnb.  Normally they are pretty good about paying within 24 hours of guests arriving.  How do I contact airbnb to sort this out?  My transactions show that the guests have paid airbnb, yet they have not made the payout.

If Air shows it as a confirmed booking, you will get paid. I normally get paid on the last day.

I usually get paid the day after the guests check in - unless they check in Friday or over the weekend, and then a notice arrives on Monday.  It usually takes a few days for payment to hit the bank, though.  If you don't see payment in your Account History (do you know how to find that?) give them a call or email them.  Glitches can occur....

 

Thanks for your comment about getting paid. I have 2 listings, one is a cheap couch in my house for which I get paid very quickly. The other is a listing for our Palm Desert condo. I got paid quickly for the first month of a long term occupancy, but now that June is here, on day 2 there is no payment. I'm worried, but I'm hoping they'll pay me. 

They will pay you. If you have a problem just contact Air bnb. Their host support is usually great!  Use the online help or call them.

 

How do I contact AirBnB online? Or how do I call them from New Zealand? I have a missing payout, but can't for the life of me find out how to let AirBnB know about this! Cheers

 

P.S. Guest left 6 days ago and AirBnB have not even acknowledged the booking on my Transaction History, nor made the initial payout...

I have a couple staying with me and will be checking out tomorrow. I haven't received payment from Airbnb. Did you get paid? How do I contact Airbnb customer service?

Airbnb missed a payment for my guest Ronie from Brazil. He stayed from April 20 to 23, 2016.

I checked my transaction history. The guests before Ronie and after Ronie are listed, with the according payouts to my account.

Again, Ronie is not in that transaction history.

 

So in short, Ronie's  non payment seems a 'one-off' glitch; this is the only time this has happened.

 

I have hosted many guests since Ronie, and am hosting some right now, and the usual payout alert has been sent.

Any ideas!?

I  have the same problemm with a payment missing. Have you had resolution? Do you know how to notify airbnb?.... Thanks. norene

I had guests on May 27-29th - the guests say that they paid as per the schedule, but AirBnB have not paid us!  Help!!  It is all but impossible to contact AirBnB about this. ....where is the customer service?  

Hi all

I too have not been paid for my current guests who arrived yesterday morning. Searching through the community it would appear that this has happened alot in the last weeks, though my other payments have all been on time. is this just a one off glitch? Or should we be worried? I've invested quite a bit in making my apartment really welcoming and can't really afford to lose the income at this point. Anyone know a link that actually works that takes me directly to a representative from Air BnB who can clarify this? Thanks in advance.

We have not been paid for three guests by Airbnb. I have been chasing Airbnb Payment, And Help centre to follow up on my payouts for the past three months. 

Did anyone have this issue? They are extremely unhelpful and only have one reply (We will get back to you) but they never do.
