Payout

Hello everyone!

This is the first time this happens to me.  I have 2 payout accounts in where I split all the earnings 50/50. I usually receive 2 emails as confirmation for the 2 deposits airbnb send me, one for each account. 

On the last reservation I only received 1 email and deposit only in 1 of the accounts. 

What happens with the other deposit?

Hi Lena,

I would contact Airbnb as they tend to get payment issues fixed pretty quickly.
